LEKU-ONA offers within its range of hydraulic components, hoses protectors that increase the hose life and decrease its repairs. These protections are made of special high-strength materials protecting hoses of external agents.
The two main ranges we have been working with:

PROTECTEXTIL

The protectextil sheath is necessary to place to comply with the ISO 3457 standard and the EN12999 which is to say that any hoses carrying a fluid at greater than 50 bar (5000Kpa) pressure and a temperature above 60 ° C and is located at 1 meter of the machine operator in its normal working position, the shield must be placed to protect the operator in case of a leak.

The cover should be robust enough to stop, disperse or deflect fluid flow if hose failure or rupture.

LEKU-ONA, exclusive distributor of FASTER products in Spain, added to its catalog of components the new range of quick coupling systems FFH SERIES, replacing  SERIES FFI.  The new flat-face series FFH has notably higher performances than FFI couplings. They also exceed the performances requested by ISO 16028 regulations. Working pressure has been raised to 35MPa and the flow rates have been highly improved. FFH couplings have undergone severe impulse tests in order to check their resistance to pressure peaks within the systems. A further plus is the Zinc-Nickel surface treatment which improves their resistance to corrosion. We can summarize the main developments in:
